All orders placed through this website will be paid through the secure Wix Payments or PayPal with a credit or debit card.​

Production time

 

For items in stock, I aim to send as soon as possible but no later than 2-4 business days after you place your order. If for any reason, despatch is going to take longer, I will let you know and give you the option for a refund if you would prefer. 

 

If need your jewellery by a specific date within this time frame, please contact me before placing your order and we can decide on the best way to achieve that.

 

For items made to order, I will give you an estimated time of despatch at the time you place your order but usually aim for 1-2 weeks. Again, if you need it sooner, please contact me before placing your order so we can discuss what I can do.

UK delivery

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail and usually take between 1-3 days from despatch. 

 

If you need your item quicker, you can please contact me to discuss the options.

International delivery

​

I do not offer international delivery due to the prohibitive costs.

What personal information do I collect about you?

 

I take your privacy very seriously and only collect your personal information for the sole purpose of completing your order. I will never sell or trade your personal information. Please see my Privacy Policy for more detailed information.

 

To complete your order, I will need your billing address, delivery address and email address so that I can send your order confirmation to you. Wix Payments also requires you to provide your phone number which I only use if necessary to complete your order and/or to provide tracking details for your order.

Can I return my order?​

I hope you'll be thrilled with your purchase when you receive it. However, if there is any problem, please email me as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after you receive it. 

 

When I receive your email, I'll confirm the address to use to return it. Then all you need to do is pop it in the post as soon as possible after that but no later than 14 days after you've told me of your wish to return your order. The item needs to be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.  When it is, I'll refund you as soon as I can - the law requires that I do this within 14 days of receiving the order back but I will obviously aim to do this much much quicker!

 

As I will have paid the original delivery postage, you'll be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
