About me

Hello! My name is Claire and I make my fused glass items and pieces of jewellery in my home workshop here in Norfolk.

After working for a local insurance company, then changing to a career in beauty therapy, I had a brief introduction to silversmithing around 20 years ago. After deciding I'd gone as far as I wanted with my beauty business, I rekindled my passion for jewellery making through weekly sessions with an inspiring group of women. I then wanted to expand my creativity and found fused glass, which has added a new dimension to my artistry. I enjoy cutting glass and watching it transform in the kiln and love how tactile the pieces are. I take inspiration from my garden and the natural world from the view from my workshop to create unique pieces.
